1. Manual Therapy
We assess your unique circumstances and provide all types of massage, joint mobilisations, dry needling and cupping.
We specialise in Remedial Massage and Sports Massage.

Remedial Massage is used to locate and repair damaged areas of the body and speed up the body’s own healing process.
​
Sports massage is similar to Remedial Massage but is more sports focussed and is targeted towards the muscle groups used at the gym or in sport.
​
Joint Mobilisations - This involves performing a back and forth oscillation of the joint in order to restore motion.
​
Dry Needling - This helps problematic muscles to reconnect with the brain and stimulate your body’s natural pain killing chemicals.
​
Myofascial Cupping - The opposite to most manual therapy techniques, Myofascial Cupping uses suction instead of compression to produce negative pressure and creates a vacuum which lifts up underlying tissues.

Assessment -Get a proper clinical assessment from head to toe otherwise its just guess work.

Screening - The FMS (Functional Movement Screen) - A baseline screen for those about to add load to their movement and for the athlete wanting to improve their performance.
Pain education - What happens in your tissue, muscles and joints is only a small part of what causes pain. Learn about how to treat your nervous system and how your pain is affected by your environment and psychological state.

Nutritional Advice - Advice on all types of diets and choosing the one that is right for you.
