THE FIXME METHOD
Feeling better is important. Staying better is the goal.
The FIXMe Method combines hands-on treatment, movement conditioning and practical knowledge to address your individual needs and help you maintain your progress beyond the treatment table.

1. MANUAL THERAPY
The Reset.
Manual therapy is the reset — an opportunity to relieve pain, reduce muscle tension and restore comfortable movement.
Through remedial massage and advanced hands-on techniques, I work to help you feel better and move more freely. Dry needling and cupping may also be included where appropriate, always optional and at no extra cost.
But feeling better is only the beginning. What you do next can make the difference in maintaining those improvements.
That’s where Movement Conditioning and Knowledge & Tools come in.
2. MOVEMENT CONDITIONING
The Build.
Massage alone cannot address every contributing factor to pain or movement problems. That’s why movement conditioning is an important part of the FIXMe Method.
Movement Conditioning focuses on three foundations:
Mobility — Use it or lose it.
Improve and maintain the range of movement you need for everyday activities.
Stability — Stay stable, stay able.
Build control, coordination and support around your joints.
Strength — You can’t go wrong getting strong.
Develop the strength and physical capacity to handle life’s demands with greater confidence.
Exercises and movement advice are tailored to your individual needs, abilities and goals.

3. KNOWLEDGE & TOOLS
Understand. Take control. Maintain.
Understanding your pain is just as important as treating it.
You may have a pain problem, not just a tissue problem.
Pain isn’t always a sign of injury or tissue damage. The nervous system plays an important role in how we experience pain, and understanding this can change how we approach treatment.
I explain pain science in simple, everyday language, helping you understand how pain works and what may be contributing to your symptoms.
Combined with practical movement advice and tools, this knowledge gives you greater confidence to manage your pain and maintain your progress beyond the treatment table.
YOUR TREATMENT PLAN
Making improvements last.
There is no one-size-fits-all treatment.
Your plan is developed around your individual needs, combining the three pillars where appropriate.
As your symptoms, movement and strength change, your plan can change too.
The goal is to reduce your reliance on ongoing treatment by giving you the confidence, knowledge and practical tools to manage your progress.
